Mary Neubauer totally misunderstood the point about an unclaimed prize pool 'carrying forward' to subsequent drawings.
She also totally misunderstands the mechanics of a prize pool building up over multiple drawing periods. It is simply *not* "accumulate(d) from the sale of tickets leading up to that particular drawing"--to quote her That is incredibly *ignorant* (or deliberately misleading in the worst case) regarding how a jackpot builds.
Were I the next jackpot winner after that unclaimed jackpot 'win' ...my lawyers would already be in contact with the appropriate peeps to claim that 'unclaimed' jackpot.
I mean, I would have already lots of money to pursue even more..!!

Did Mr. Romney really say, " I'm proud of the taxes I pay."
Geez!
Under the Constitution there are some confinements.
Would never say, " I'm proud of the taxes I pay in today's enviroment."
Even illegal immigrants know that " cash is KING".
